As a hands-on leader, Gareth is deeply embedded in both the strategic and tactical execution of product development, working closely with the engineering, sales and customer teams to ensure Scout delivers on its aims. Gareth previously held leadership roles in UK Law Enforcement and the Private Sector.
CFO
An experienced finance leader, owning all aspects of finance, tax, legal, HR systems and IT – delivering SAAS metrics and driving operational strategy to enable sustainable growth. Georgina has established a full function finance department, while handling daily FD duties across both operational and strategic levels. Georgina has previously overseen an Irish SAAS company transform to a multinational group, securing investment and ultimately a successful exit for the founder.

Mike is a data and software engineering leader with over 20 years of experience, building a career at the forefront of data engineering, machine learning and distributed systems. Mike is pioneering the development of AI agents that autonomously uncover investigative leads – transforming the future of compliance and intelligence analysis. A recognised community speaker, he has presented at top conferences including Google Next and AWS Summit.

Andrew plays a pivotal role in executing the company strategy, scaling operations and driving sustainable growth. Since joining in 2020 he has overseen the growth of the company, building the operational foundations that support customers to achieve their goals. As a former Police Officer, his frontline experience, combined with an MSc in Risk and Security Management, informs his strategic leadership and pragmatic approach to operational excellence.
